Approach to Assessments

 

Our experience has shown that every client is unique. As such, we approach every assessment without any preconceived ideas. We do not have pre-packaged solutions to your unique problem(s). We do not sell something that someone else has developed for someone else.  We have a wide range of experience in operations, finance, organizations and organizational design, strategy, and information technology. We utilize those skills to analyze each problem fairly and objectively in order to determine the root cause(s) of the problem(s) at hand. We constantly verify facts, confirm understandings, and validate findings with our clients.

Approach to Recommendations

 

Our recommendations are formulated only after a careful and detailed analysis of all the facts and circumstances.  A realistic solution to a problem must take into account any constraints placed upon it by that organization.  We deliver recommendations which are both structurally feasible and financially meaningful. Our recommendations resolve the root cause(s) of the problem(s) and dovetail with the goals and objectives of the organization.

Approach to Implementations

 

We are of the conviction that the management and staff of an organization possess the specific knowledge needed to achieve its objectives. As such, we do not dictate what must be done; instead, we work collaboratively with personnel to bring sound business principles to the organization in order to achieve three often conflicting goals: control costs, improve customer service, and increase satisfaction amongst the organization's financial stakeholders. Because our recommendations are tightly interwoven with the needs and objectives of the organization, the results are a seamless transformation which delivers ongoing long-term value to the client.

Approach to Clients

 

We share the goals and objectives of our clients: to improve efficiency and improve effectiveness. The solutions we provide are meaningful and long-term. Our approach with clients is the same: to build a meaningful and long term relationship. Marsh Business Advisors provides a substantial return on investment.  If we are not able to do so we will recommend that you not engage us.  We want to be held accountable over the long term because we know our work will withstand the scrutiny.  This philosophy has resulted in a client base which values our work and is delighted to tell others how we have made a long-lasting difference.
