Stuart Wm. Marsh

Stu provides expertise gained from his extensive professional experience in financial and business consulting. For nearly two decades he analyzed and financed companies, first as a commercial banker, then as president of a mezzanine/venture capital company.
He has been actively engaged at the Board level of a dozen organizations, involving operations, marketing, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and executive compensation.
His professional experience also includes market research, data analysis, and new product development at a Fortune 1000 company.
Stu draws upon his experience of how organizations operate to provide his clients with business operations and change management consultation. His engagements have included cost reduction and process improvement projects as well as contract compliance and cost containment projects for a large construction firm and county governments in New York State and Minnesota.
Stu holds a B.S. (cum laude) in Business Administration and Economics from the College at Brockport and an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.
